There are several secrets to using markers:
✔ washable marker, in large designs it is better to use on small areas and wash off with a cotton swab dipped in water as you progress
✔ the marker does not tolerate prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light
✔ the washable marker must be washed no later than after 8 months, otherwise the risk of getting "sky in the cell" increases every day
✔ everyone knows the fact that the washable marker must be washed off with cool water, but the marker for dark fabrics - on the contrary, with warm
✔ the fabric with marker lines should not be ironed
✔ the disappearing markers stay on the fabric from 1 to 5 days (see instructions), but given our humid climate, it is better to mark for 1-2 days
✔ as a rule, the marker for dark fabric becomes visible only after drying, but not immediately after application
✔ you shouldn't risk marking with a marker on hand-dyed fabrics
✔ the marker should be washed off without detergents
