In this work, allowances for framing may be minimal necessary , i.e. 4-5 cm. Accordingly, the required piece of fabric is 25*35 cm for 28-36 counts.

***I do not recommend using Aida-type fabrics due to the presence in the scheme of the counter stitch, which is performed through 1 thread of the weave of the fabric.
